Academic Achievements Programs

Welcome to Academic Achievement Programs!

Academic Achievement Programs (AAP) assist participating students who have the potential to succeed in higher education.

AAP empowers students by providing academic, enrichment, and social experiences.

AAP delivers student support through four different programs including Educational Talent Search (ETS), Strive Toward Excellence Program (STEP), Upward Bound Classic (UBC), and Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS).

AAP is one of many units in connection with the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA). Under the auspices of OAA, AAP receives leadership guidance from Dr. Fedearia Nicholson-Sweval, Vice Provost of Student Pathways and Dean of the Williams Honors College.
